Individualized Mental Skills Training
One-on-one sessions are offered to athletes looking for individualized mental skills training programs designed specifically to help you achieve your best performances. Training programs include an initial intake and needs assessment to identify growth areas, and a mental skills training program designed to be the most useful mental skills approach for each individual athlete. Not only will mental skills be taught, but the program will include strategies on implementing them into current training so as to be most effective on competition day. Sessions are offered in various package sizes to meet the needs of the athlete.

Mental skills training programs designed specifically for groups and teams are also available. Intended to foster connection and cohesiveness, this approach is ideal for groups and teams striving towards a common goal. Training programs include a needs assessment, practice observation, and mental skills training workshops with the entire team or group. Sessions are offered in packages or season long plans depending on the needs of the clients.
